GILDAN t-shirts are made of natural cottons which absorb color during the dyeing process. You may see remaining color in the water for the first wash. After a few washes, you will not see it again.

Cotton fibers are natural fibers that can shrink due to many factors e.g. washing, drying, or ironing temperature. The heat could make cotton t-shirts shrink up to 5% by the international standard. GILDAN t-shirts made of preshrunk cotton, so you can expect less shrinkage than usual.

Yes, but special orders might take more time to fulfill. There is also a minimum purchase for each product which might be 24, 36, or 72 pieces of the same model, color, and size.

Once you get the quotation, you can transfer money to our bank account or pay by credit card with an extra fee of 3%.

We offer free shipping for customers in Bangkok. Your package will be shipped on the next business day. For customers in other provinces, the courier will collect shipping fee when they deliver your products.

We have express delivery on the same day with an extra fee depending on destinations. Bangkok and Samut Prakan province 250 baht. Pathum Thani and neighboring provinces 400 baht. This rate is for a maximum of 150 t-shirts.

Products can be exchanged within 3 days after purchase if they are in their original condition. Once we get the returned products, we will check their condition and get back to you.

Please check your product before printing. If you experience a problem, please return it to us within 7 days after purchase. We will send a replacement but will not be responsible for any other expenses apart from the claimed product.
